High expectations in a starry night with chef Jan Hartwig

Expectations were high and by staring at the blue sky one could already guess it would be a starry night.
At the Ocean restaurant, the doors opened to welcome the guests of the first four-hands dinner of this edition of the Fine Wines & Food Fair. In perfect harmony inside the kitchen, chefs Hans Neuner (2 Michelin stars - Ocean restaurant, Portugal) and Jan Hartwig (3 Michelin stars - Atelier restaurant, Germany) were painting their canvases.
At the table, they surprised us in 10 unique moments with their signature, taking us to travel by ingredients of the land and sea. In the glasses, the perfect harmonization of the exclusive wines of German winery house Dönnhoff prolonged our journey in this stellar alignment.
Ahead of us, in the immense window of the Ocean, the intense blue colour of the sea witnessed the unique moment, and there was even a shooting star tracing the sky, asking for Encore, Encore.
