The stars were all aligned for the All-Stars night!

The stars were all aligned last night at Atlantico for the All-Stars night! 

Resident chef Hans Neuner (2 Michelin stars - Ocean restaurant) hosted his three good friends, chefs Dieter Koschina (two stars, Vila Joya, Portugal), Christian Bau (three stars, Victor's Fine Dining, Germany) and Jacob-Jan Boerma (three stars, De Leest, The Netherlands).

They showcased 13 amazing dishes, elevated by the pairing by master sommelier Stefan Neumann (at the two Michelin-starred Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, UK). Stefan Neumann, one of the most respected sommeliers in the world, shared his art during the dinner, which will be shared today, in an exclusive masterclass for FWFF.

On this celebratory night of high gastronomy, Márcio Baltazar (Pastry Chef at the Ocean) surprised everyone with a #savetheocean message on a pre-dessert that, besides delicious, was full of meaning and relevance. Let's continue to marvel at the ocean and the amazing ingredients it provides. Respecting Nature is also star!
