Weingut Dönnhoff
Germany
The Dönnhoff family has been producing wine since 1750, in the arid region of the Nahe valley, in western Germany, on the border with France, Luxembourg and Belgium.
The business has passed down from generation to generation to Cornelius Dönnhoff, who maintains his legacy and expertise in wine production, surprising even the most demanding palates - American critic Robert Parker calls the brand “superstar”, while the famous English author Hugh Johnson states “the fanatical commitment to quality and natural talent for wine production”.
Along the 25 hectares, the Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris varieties dominate. The respect for nature is revealed in the each wine’s terroir.
