Isa Pires, who heads up the Mizu-Teppanyaki restaurant at VILA VITA Parc, comes with the meticulous training of having worked under the resort’s 2-star Michelin chef Hans Neuner at Ocean Restaurant since 2007.
She has also taken charge of the robata grill, the unique Japanese barbeque using a clean burning white charcoal to give maximum heat to seal in flavours. The concept of Mizu restaurant is quite simple: to create one of the best Japanese restaurants in Portugal and offer the standards expected from great Japanese restaurants around the world.
