Faithful to Japanese techniques which he skilfully merges with Portuguese cuisine, in a perfect mixology of products, tastes, history and memories, it´s a laboratory of ingredients and creative ideas, which earned him a Michelin star in 2018, the first awarded to a Japanese restaurant in Portugal.
