Chefs

Michel van der Kroft started has an apprentice in Michelin starred Dutch restaurants. Soon after he moved to Switzerland, where he met a young Portuguese woman with whom he would end up getting married. 

Back to The Netherlands, Michel worked in several well renowned restaurants, until it achieved the official Dutch title of Master Chef. In 2006 he takes over the position of Executive Chef at the restaurant ‘t Nonnetje, for which he conquered a Michelin star in 2008 and the second star in 2015 with a creative, light and modern cuisine based on sea and land products.
