Arriving in Vevey in 2010, Thomas Neeser has always worked with great chefs, especially in Germany, where he is from. He made his debut with Herbert Langendorf and Peter Liebold in Germany, both with a Michelin star, and Michel Chabran and Christian Willier in France, each with 2 Michelin stars. Finally, before joining Vevey, he was head chef of the "Lorenz Adlon" in Berlin, also distinguished by a famous star. At the Grand Hotel du Lac, Neeser holds a Michelin star and ranks 16/20 at Gault Millau.
Thomas Neeser's strength lies in his creativity and the authenticity of the products he uses. It´s often very original alliances of flavours mixed with an artistic presentation that make a notorious difference when one wants originality in his plate. Thomas always focuses on local products, natural cooking, but enriched with ingredients that give them a certain subtlety. Besides, he says: "I am inspired by nature and the lake, it is the environment that most influences my menus".
